hey i'm not sure if i blown my headgasket... I let my motor set for a few days and now it fires up fine and it gets compression... it's not as strong as it was before... but it still drives... it doesn't smoke and it just started runnin funny... will a crack or broken radiator hose affect the way it runs... i think i found a couple crack radiator hoses at the bottom...dunno will that make the car lose power... I'm not letting the engine heat up right now cuz i'm scared of further damage but it runs normal when its cold...

Overheating can/will cause your engine head to warp, which is definitely no good. If you're head gasket is blown, most likely you'll see a mixture of water/coolant and oil on your dipstick. If your car so much as leaks a drop of anything, I'd stop immediately and check it out before driving again.

Head gaskets aren't too bad to fix, really. It's definitely better to do it yourself than take it to a shop and have them charge you out the ass for a simple bolt on/bolt off procedure. Granted you need the right tools to do it, its as easy as buying an MR2 manual and following the directions. Run some engine flush through your motor after all is said and done, drain, refill with quality lubricants, viola!
