I think I may need to replace the starter in my 1995 LeSabre Custom (or the fuel filter) and am wondering if either of these are vary hard and where are they both located at on the vehicle? Thanks.

The starter is a pain, but not that difficult. It is just two bolts and the wires (disconnect the battery first!). Then you have to wiggle it out. I can't remember if you need to remove anything first, but I don't think so (except maybe some shielding).
As for the fuel filter, if it is like the 92s, then it is a bolt on in the fuel line under the car. Your big concern here is whether it is rusted on. If so, let a shop do it. If not, relieve the fuel pressure first (Google how to do it, I can't remember).
