I've posted a thread before regarding swapping 1g block to 2g engine. I think the course had changed. We're planning on buying a used JDM 1g 4g63. What modifications do we have to do in order for the engine to be useable? Lets just say swapping the block is not an option, dad doesn't want to do overhauling thanks

I don't understand what you're asking. You bought a 1g engine to swap into your 2g, but "swapping the blocks is not an option"?
Anyway, for 1g in a 2g info, www.roadraceengineering.com and www.magnusmotorsports.com both have articles on it.

lol sorry let me make it clear. U kno how u exchange blocks? like using 2g head then using the 1g block? Because earlier i was talkin about replacing my bottom block (6bolt block and crankshaft) the rest from my 2g. This time, im asking about putting a whole 1g engine (long block, head ect) if so, what mods do i have to do?

What kind of car do you have (RS GS GST GSX)? You should put your car model in your signature.

The requirements are the same regardless of what head you use, as far as the 1g CAS and drivers side motor mount modification goes. See the sites Wagon posted for this info. This is a very common and very well documented swap. When using the 1g head, you need 1g cooling parts (front water pipe, etc). When using a 1g TB, swap over the 2g TPS and adjust. Everything else should be selfexplanatory.
