Program Keyless entry HELP?

I have 2000 Acura Integra, Lost a keyless entry remote. It is a Silencer system I am not sure if if was aftermarket or dealer installed, purchased the car used. I can not find instructions on programming the remote I purchased on Ebay. Anyone have the instructions or can point me in the right website direction would be great!
