Interior Paint

I am thinking of doing my interior but am curious as too what i should use and any prep work/tips someone who may have done this could offer me. thanks alot!

i painted some interior pieces white on my civic. decide what you want to paint. take out the pieces sand them down to get a good surface. clean with rubbing alcohol, primer, paint, clear coat. allow time to dry then reassemble.

Krylon paint works good ...
