I've been pondering this for some time now as I'm still awaiting for my headers to come in. But is it possible to get rid of the EGR Valve and cause no conflicts with the computer? I'm not too shabby in this area, so that's why I ask. Also, would I wan't to get rid of it? I know just by having it you lose a little bit of power.. but I've read that if you get rid of it then it can possibly cause internal engine damage from overheating. Is this true?

I know on my car its very easy to program around having a EGR system and if created no temperture issues and from what I have read doesn't effect combustion temps like some have thought but I am not too sure about deleting the system on a 3.4 . I will see if I can find anything on it for ya.
