Has anyone done this and can either tell me what steps to take to access the front sensors or even email me digital pics of it?
Do I need to pull the wheel, rotor, dust cap, outer bearings just to get to the abs sensor to clean it?
Any help is much appreciated...

Did GWB really give the finger or did someone doctor that up in picture editing software?

I did it on my 2000 Sierra, the brake calipers & rotors have to come off. you might have to beat the rotors off, so be prepared to replace them if you cant get them off easy. Once you have the rotors off you will see the sensor in the hub. Take the bolt off & remove the sensor, then clean off the sensor and file down the mounting surface on the hub to remove the rust that has built up. When reinstalling the sensor, put a thin coating of RTV sealant on the mounting surface to keep water from entering. I am assuming this is to fix the low speed ABS activation problem that GM should be recalling soon.
