When exactly is Nismo coming out?

When is Nismo coming out? I wanted to do some mods on my spec but I am kind of worried about my warranty. I heard the Nismo stuff is good and would like to know when it will hit the streets. Oh yeah I saw the new HotShot Header for the 2.5

They don't have a set date as of yet.....they say mid-year of this year...
