Upper Ic pipping?

Hey just wanted to know if a 2g Cai will fit onto our cars. The reason i ask is because the one i am looking at has the bov flange and vac line built into it. so i was thinking if it fits i could use that as the upper IC pipping.

would this work?

you will not be able to use it without some type of modification to the piping.
