Anyone wanna buy a Supercharged Miata in NJ??

1991 Miata, red/tan, black top, 5sp, 128k miles

-Jackson Racing Supercharger w/small intercooler(retails for $2200 by itself)
-Borla exhaust
-Aftermarket Header
-Chrome Mazda door sils
$1500 invested in last month in new parts with receipts: -new radiator
-new water pump
-new clutch
-new slave cylender
-new supercharger belt
-new s/c idler pulley
-4 new tires
-new windshield
-fresh NJ inspection
-new timing chain
-new plugs/wires

car runs well and would be a great car, just needs some TLC. they're expensive cars for some reason, asking $3500 FIRM or looking for a straight trade or trade and i'll put out $250 cash at most for a 87-93 5.0 Mustang

what it needs:
-possibly a tranny(sometimes it grinds, but not often at all, it still runs and drives great. besides, tranny's are cheap...$300 if that, and all the other stuff is new)
-top
-driver window is broken(doesn't roll down with the crank)
