Suburban Condensor and bottom belt

I want to know if anyone out there has experienced problems with the bottom belt on the condensor, braking, squealing, making clicking noises, breaking, and etc. I am one of 4 in my area with this problem and now the compressor has gone out. I was wondering if anyone knew of trouble like this or a possible recall?? Please let me know since the dealer in town says it is not a problem. One person had a new condensor put in, and the new condensor threw the new belt before they got out of the dealer parking lot..............sounds as if it is a design flaw to me............Please help me out

I have a similar problem and am curious if you ever got this fixed. The tensioner is jumping and noisy when accelerating.
