78 Mercury Fender Skirts

I want to put a set of fender skirts on a 78 Mercury Marquis 2 door hardtop that has never had skirts (even though some did have). Looks like a big hassle to drill holes and make them fit right. Does anyone know of a kit to make the installation easy?
