diamante 92 air conditioning problem

I have a problem with my air conditioner. When I'm driving I keep getting heat then air, but I have the air conditioner on. I also keep hearing constant a clicking on the passenger side as if a relay keeps kicking in and out. Does anyone know what the problem is?

The clicking you hear is the relay for the MFI ( I don't know what MFI stands for so don't ask me). Your relay is getting intermitten power from your a/c control panel. So you either have a loose connection at the two plugs directly in back of your a/c heater contol, or the control panel is starting to go bad. Unfortunately if no one has been working on your car in this same area lately, I think your a/c control panel is bad. I hope this helps.
