wont start

ok iv been trying to figer this out my 1991 rs 3.1 v6 cranks but no fire back fires but not start i but a new cap rotter disteruberter pluge pluge wires injeters ecm and still wont fire and any one help me thanks

If it's backfiring, what's the ignition timing set at?
