Forget the K&N, go with the SLP Cold Air Intake.

I agree. I hate the saway the K&N is one size at the filter, then enlarges, has an indent for the radiator, and shrinks again at the elbow.
Just got/installed my SLP yesterday (thursday), its 2 pipes ensure that the airstream is completely smooth as it needs no indent for the radiator, just goes around it. That and uniform size = less turbulance = smoother airflow. ALso the use of 2 filters may or may not have more surface area than the 1 filter on the K&N, in which case they would be able to filter/take in more air.
