I tried to find it online but could not.
My next step would be to call the parts department at a GM dealer, tell them that you need to get yours replaced, and ask them to look it up. Ask them the price and then, if passing, ask them what the part number is. That usually works for me.
One other thing -- I believe these are just LED lights. And based on what you said, it is split into 2 halves. I have found that in the past, something as simple as a loose wire or connection can cause a failure like this. You MIGHT want to take it down and see if you can find the problem yourself. Just an idea.
