comp. mod or shift kit

i was thinking about getting a shift kit for my 02 v6 auto. but comp. mods r suppost to help a lot in automatic transmissions so what should i get

depends on what u want the car for, if ur gonna be braket racing u should stay with the automatic and get the comp mods, if u wanna have lots of fun driving it all the time get the shift kit :D
