I would recommend cutting out any sweet eating or soda's for one. Sugars are the best thing to give up. My uncle gave up all of that plus beer and he dropped weight, he imo, got almost too thin.

Also focus on cardio. If you go to a track, sprint the straights and walk the curves. My cousin is a physical therapist for kids and says doing quick burst like this she see's tremendous weightloss in them. I know my friend was heavier set in high school started running and dropt it fairly quickly, over several months.

just like anything, eat right, and excercise. there are a thousand and one charts that pinpoint "healthy weights" and the one texas provided up top is as good as any ive seen.

like he said, cut sugars, and crappy foods. stop eating fast food, stop drinking sodas. in general, artificial and processed foods are going to mess your body in bad ways. im not saying go totally organic, thats freakin expensive and just not practical, but keep in mind what you put in your body. for instance white bread=bad, whole grain bread=good.

and excercising is ridiculously easy. dont make it boring. heres a few tips. dont drive if you can bike. dont take the elevator if there are stairs. walk your dog. join a soccer team. hit the gym three/four times a week and do the stairmaster or the eliptical machine. most effecient way to burn calories.

this is what my friend did. he was 6'3", weighed in at 320 pounds. that was about a year ago. he's now 185 pounds. eats five meals a day, never hungry.

best of luck.

Drink water, eat less bread, reduce portion size. Done.

You mean massive meth binge. That'll do it.

Whatever's cheaper. :) You'll make it up with the money you'll save on food!

The ol' finger down the throat will help faster. If not then 2 fingers will.

I would suggest that you should probably shoot for 210 pounds. If you build up very much muscle in the process of losing the weight you won't want to drop to the levels suggested by texas.

crack works pretty well lol......but the easiest things to do are eat healthy foods, dont eat fast food, quit drinking soda (just doing that will help you lose weight) and exercise regulary

I lost 20lbs in one month in June because I just got out and did what I forced myself to do, that is jogg for about 30mins. I first started out jogging 15mins and gradually increased as days passed. I made it a routine in my life and jog 3 times a week. At the end of each run u will get this great feeling of accomplishment and feel good about yourself.
Another thing which to some people may seem harder than the actual work is the food resisting. That is one problem u have to face on your own and learn to say no to the bad stuff.
