Nissan micra 1996 HELP

Hi can any one help i have a nissan micra 1996 and wanting to program my new fob in what i got from nissan how do i make it work my car this is what i have below

go to the dealer
they should show you how, or do it for not too much $$$

i dont want to 40.00 some one will kno how to program it in
