I cant open my trunk

I have a 94 Bonne and I cant get the trunk open. It did this once before and I was able to get it open by pushing on the trunk and turning the key at the same time. Now that trick does not work. I looked into the trunk through the back seat and there is nothing caught in the latch. Thank you for any help you can give.

cut a big hole in the trunk lid so you can see whats wrong (just kidding), do you have electric trunk pop??

MY 97 has a switch that if you disconnect or turn off you cant open the trunk. I had to take the back seat out and crawl into the truck and plug the thing back in. You might want to check and see if you have a switch like that?
