Auto to manual trans.=Pain in my ass!

So gsr2nr and I started my auto to manual swap about 2 weeks ago. everythign went great at first engine and trans came out fine went back in fine. then we went to put the drive shaft in dosnt fit. so now I have to locate one in my area which is Flint, MI GM capital of the world. And thats not even to worst part I have no clue how to wire the thing. it wont turn over as of now The crank sensor I bought wont plug into my harness so basically all Im asking for is some wiring help and some pointers in general. and Oh yea Do I have to jump the nuetral saftey switch for it to start.
