68-72 front end for 75-79 nova

need to know if i can put the whole front end from a 3rd gen on a 4th gen nova? they measure the same and the body lines at the door are dead on. has anyone done this? knows someone tha has? want somthing diffrent.

if any one has a salvage yard so they could readly try this just to see if it would work,please? i would like to know myself... thank you for any help.
