I just got a 2002 lancer oz. What is the best kind of intake to put in?

do you mean like what brand, or do you mean like short ram intake vs. cold air intake?

i mean both the brand and short ram V. cold air

it doesn't matter, they're all the same, buy the cheapest you can find and then replace filter with a K&N
