No Spark To Plugs 91 Laser

My Son Has A 1991 Plymouth Laser 2.0 Turbo And He's
Getting No Spark To The Plugs.i'am I Correct In Assuming
That It Is Either A Crank Sensor Coil Pack Or Cam Sensor
And How Do You Check Each Componet To See If Is Operating
Correctly. Also Would There Be Possibley A Fuseable
Link Gone Bad.
