rear driver door won't open

Rear driver's side door won't unlock with remote clicker or from inside manually. Help!

So, I'm taking it that when you unlock the doors, it wont budge. Most likely what happened is that the piece on the door side of the latch has rolled over and locked over the latch on the jamb side of the latch. This is hard to fix....I tried with a friends car and he ended up having to take it somewhere. Only suggestions are to try and take interior panels off, if you can since the door is shut, and see if you have access to flip the latch back.
