2000 LeSabre Dashboard change

I was looking at used LeSabres online . I found a few nice ones in mint contition years 97 & 98 . Then i happened to see a 2000 model for almost the same price and with less miles on it. I looked at the picture and the straight across dashboard is gone! It slopes down on the passengers side and gives it that cheap pseudo "I'm trying to look like the other new cars" look. How sinful!

I like the straight across dashes better myself too. They look more classy. The 91-96 Park Aveunes are my favorite, because they got the series 2 SC engine, and retained that classic look of the older body style.

What is tha "2 SC engine"?

series 2 SC means series two supercharged.

I want to clarifty my above post though. I said 91-96 got the above engine. I meant only the 96 got it, but the way it read, it implied all years did. 91-95 has the series one SC engine.
