Scm 50 Failed:shit Turbo!

well after about two months my precision turbo took a shit on the highway.i payed $400.00 for it used from someone with about 300 miles on it.theres no center left and the inducer and exducer wheel is shot along with the compressor housing.so im pretty much screwed out of this money so im going with a new rs49t turbonetics with the one year no haggle warranty.i have never had a turbo fail and im so pissed off so im sending it back to see what the repair will be then im selling it fast.

what caused it ? instaltion error? mechanical error?
