Racing seats for tall dude

hello. i'm a newbie around here and i need some advice. I own a 1993 240sx that i'm trying to turn into a drift car. an lsd is in the works but that's not what this is for. I'm reallllllllllly tall (like 6'4'') and i need a racing seat that can fit me properly. I have been looking at the bride zeta 3 type L, but i don't think it will fit me and its a bit high in price. do any of you guys have any suggestions? any can be appreciated. thx

Yeah, same here, 6'4 and 185lbs, I wish there was a place where you try out every seat. lol

6' 4" is no reallllllllly tall....im 5' 8" i know what short is...my step-dad is 6' 2" reallllllllllly tall is like 6' 9"ish and up.... tall is like 5' 11" - 6' 8". I think you grew up around midgets...thats just me though.

haha sweet im tall too...whooo. anyway, your best bet would be to call the companies if you could. i have a "tall" friend around 6'3" and he was telling me that in some seats being tall you will not be able to fit well if you are wearing a helmet. so just make sure. it would suck if you built a drift car and went to drive in an event and couldnt fit with a helmet.

im 6'2'', and yeah being tall doesn't really come in handy when your trying heel to toe shifting, lol

Recaro would prolly be your best bet. Designed by German People for German People and German people are some big mother bitches.

haha yeah you might have to switch gears from looking for something out of japan, they are small mother bitches.

If you are tall or realllllllly tall just make custom brackets for your seat if they wont le your head clear the roof. Thats what my friend did with his Megan Racing seats and theyre great.

yea but the thing is i still gettin taller. like my dad is 6'5 and his bro 6'7. im probablly going w/ sparco. i hear the milano is ok, but custom brackets r a must.
