What is wrong with my Geo Metro

I have a 1992 Geo Metro that is stalling and blowing white smoke out of the the tail pipe. The oil seems to be clean and it was not over heating before this started. Does any one know what is wrong with my car? I think it might be a blown head gasket.

Is it going through a bunch of oil? Is it overheating now? I would think that its a cracked piston or ring. It's burning the oil and the loss of compression is making it stall.

if it is white smoke it is burning antifreeze so prob a head gasket.
