1986 Lasabre

I AM GLAD TO FIND THIS SITE..

I bought a 1 owner lasabre... i am tyring to fix my A/C. the kit that I bought mentions a QUICK CONNECT. I am not sure what they are taling about nor where it is located.

I also need to know how to get my right turn signal to work. the yellow light comes on and it will flash manually but I cannot find the correct part to change it to make it FLASH...help
is there a book on line that I could go to and get this information :screwy: :swear:

Turn signal problem: If the LEFT turn signal flashes, but the RIGHT does not, you have a burnt out bulb in either the tail light or the front turn signal. A burnt out bulb will cause the flashing to stop. This is the most common no flashing problem. If you have visually inspected that both the FRONT and BACK turn signals are lit for a right turn, (but they are not flashing), then the problem would be that the flasher unit located under the driver dash is bad. You have two flashers - one for turn signals, and the other for the hazard lights. They are capacitors and look like small 1" circular metal containers with two wires going to them.

Is there a substitute hose that can be used to put in the freon.
The one that the Auto Parts store quotes is around 50.00..
Is there any other hose that can be used.
