First, leave one seat toghter while you do the other, this will give you a visual reference if you need. You remove the hog rings and take the existing farbic seat cover off of the seats. Do either the backrest of butt cushion first. Then you cut the stitching/seams using a knife or seam ripper. It should be just the indivdual fabric pieces now. Use these pieces to create a pattern for the new seats. Trace each piece onto the new fabric, and then when you are done cut the new peices out. Try to lay the peices out so the vinyl stretchs in the same driection on all pieces. Attach the scrim to the pieces it requirs on. Scrim is the thin layer of foam on some or all of the peices of your original seat cover.
Also, sometimes you can reverse your paterns and just cut both of the bucket seat patterns out of one original seat cover. Then you have always got one to go by. This isn't always true though, but is in many cases. Once they are cut out, measure the seam allowence on the old fabric (this is the area after the seam to the edge of the fabric). Use this as the for the seam alloence on the new fabric. Start sewing the new fabric back toghter, the exact oppisite of the way you took it apart. Use the other seat as a guide. You will sew so the seam is where the seam allowence is (if you have a 1/3" seam allowence, sew the seam `1/3" inwards from the edge). Once the cover is done, re-wrapped it onto the cushion and attach with new hog rings. Re-peat for the other cushions.

Nope, not off the top of my head. I know how to do it because I do uphostery work. If I can think of a site or find one, I'll let you know.
