spark arcing problems

I have a 95Z28 camaro recently i noticed some arcing in the wires and coil. so i replaced the wires and coil but the problem remains . so i changed the opti, plugs, wires, coil and now its running really rich did some scans for codes but got nothing . does anyone have any ideas about this problem or has anyone ever had this problem . getting really frustrated here im spending money and its getting me nowhere .

would a bad fuel pressure regulator make it arc sparks only on cetain cylinders ?

it wouldn't be related to the arcing problem
the f/p regulator is probably fine. I just mentioned it, because if the diaphram is ripped, it would run rich, and the only thing that might send a code is the O2 sensor.
where exactly do you see the arc occur? from the end of the plug wire to the block?

The arc is at the plug itself near the glass part and around the coil near the housing . i replaced the plugs thinking maybe the wasnt anygood but i get the same results
