Evo Viii turbo???

I was under the impression that the evo viii uses the evo 3 16g...But according to this guy, its an evo viii 16g. What is the difference if there is one?

evo 3 16g isnt the name of a turbo. it means it's the 16g out of an evo 3. the 16g used in the evo 8 is oriented backwards from what we need, because the engine is also backwards after the evo 3 or 4. new one is twin scroll with like a 10cm^2 housing I believe... no reason to look into it since we can't use it.

Oh ok that makes sense....since their turbo is on the other side...thanks man! That fucking guy claims it will bolt on to any 2.0 mitsubishi motor. He should be more specific.
