new clucht help

Im getting a new clucth put in my integra.i want to know how long do i have to brake in the clucth.Is it by miles or by hours(50miles? or 5hrs?)?
the clucth im getting is an oem factory clucht. It can handle up to 220hp
so it's good for ligthly modified engines.thanks for the help.C-Ya!
