After all the things you've replaced I'm not sure what could be wrong, you may need new cylinders or bore the engine for more fuel/check the camshaft and if nothing from there works you may need to drop a new enigine. I'm not sure what it looks like under the hood, u said its been sitting for a couple years so it will rolly need a new enigine or a rebuild.

a rebuild is not necessary until major problems: smoke or knocking rods.
just need to troubleshoot.
