speakers and amps

i got these speakers in the front of my car http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=6981876&type=product&productCategoryId=cat03076&id=1099388425823 and i was thinking of getting these speakers and puting them in the back http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=6981885&type=product&productCategoryId=cat03076&id=1099388425882 and which amp should i get i have a sony head unit

Any amp, it really doesnt make a difference with whatever head unit you got, just as long as it isnt really cheap, but if want to make sure get an Xplod since its made by Sony.

some people said the sony head units are pretty good but the amps subs and speakers arent that great anyother ideas

Yes i olny would buy sony headunits there good but there amps suck and subs dont hit worth a shit so stay away form there subs and amps.

well... it's unfortunate that you are shopping at the competition. but go with a 50 or 70watt x 4 channel amp. I would say MTX, Fosgate, Apline, Infinity, or maybe pioneer. don't buy generic crap. Higher heat = shorter life and more distortion. set the gain on the amp the 70-80%.

or what you could do is... stop shopping at Best Buy and go to Circuit City cause we always have better deals. If you look on our website you will see that we have those exact speakers for a few $$ less. or if you wanted to spend $10-15 more, you can get the Polk 6.5" speakers which have better frequency response and are higher powered. the same amp i recommend earlier will work for those too.

haha lol, well I could think or three more ways to word the same question so that's my guess.

Definitly get an Xplod 1000-1500 watt amp and throw some tweeters in there for the xtra Boost.
