Turn signals blink twice, then shut off...HELP...

I know on my Zr2 when the turn signals start blinking fast, that is an indicator that a bulb is blown, but I am sot sure what this means.

When I hit the turn signal it will blink 2-3 times then it will just stay on constant, no blinking. It is the same thing for both lights. I checked all the lights and they all work fine, so I am not sure what to look at next. Anyone have an idea???

Dealership...
There was a recall a while back on the turn signals... I believe it is a flasher relay problem, it overheats and sticks in the open (on) position.
