Hi there...

Does any1 know any shop (online or IRL) that sell Konig wheels in Europe (Italy,Austria or Germany would be perfect)?....I am trying
to find Velocity/Tantrum rims for my lude but so far no luck...
I know they have them in UK under League brand (LG) but havent seen them on continent...any help would be apriciated....
Also...any online shop that sell TenzoR line?(i have tryed DCsports AutomobilTechnik from Essen but i don`t think those guys are for real...or they don`t need money)...
Thanks upfront

Hi and welcome to AF!!

The distributor for Konig Wheels in europe is Motorsport Int'l (http://www.msionline.co.uk/). They are based in the UK. The only problem is they are incredibly slooooooowww with the orders.

Did you try the list of shops at the top of the europe forum? some of them might be able to help you.

First, welcome to AF.

AVB-sports in belgium (check list) sells Tenzo-R product, but I don't think you can order online.

As for the Konig rims, I don't really know an importer in Europe. Did you check the rims sites list in the wheell/tyre section in the Honda/Acura forum? They have a very big list of online stores.

Thanks upfront Sorry, but I can´t help you with the Konig/ LG rims. Like you´ve already mentioned DC-Sports in Essen sells them but this shop and all it´s salesmen suck and I´ll never buy anything there anymore. They just want to make money and they really don´t care much about their customers.
By the way, are you from germany? And what mods do you have got on your Lude?

Thank u guys once again for welcomeing me...

For the answers now...
I am from Zagreb/Croatia
So far Lude is bone stock except i lowered it with B&G springs...I have my car for a month now and since this is my first honda i have to gather some knowledge about it (so be patient with me)...some of my previous cars where Celica Turbo 4wd Carlos Sainz/MR2/Cossie/3000GT/MX3 v6/etc (mainly Jap cars)....Now i opted for Lude and so far we are in love. Some pictures (sorry no pix from inside...will do it soon) of it..
(btw. whats with multiple attachments?)

So...that is as she looks now...she obviously need some new shoes
and intake/exhaust for starts...than she needs some more power (any recomendations what to do about that in EU?)....which brings us to DC in Essen...first i heard about them form Banzai magazine and i really hoped those guys can help but that wasnt the story...so i'm looking for some other garage with knowledge as i have no problem traveling somewhere to make it right....this is getting long :)

Those pics where taken on what is called "Shakedown"...shakedown is 1st event of the running year for racing cars so that owners can see, before season start, what have they done to their cars during winter...so what was i doing there...my friend and i, we where "zero" car...he drives and i`m copilot...car in question is Mitsu Evo VI Tommi Makinnen...but...
We also do have annual meeting of car related news group in Croatia...that was 2 weeks ago...it`s not that much tuning scene as it is general-love-for-cars-and-fast-driving scene...we do have our www and forum but it is in state of moving in next few days to new adress so u can check it out HERE (http://www.polygon.hr/hra/) for few more days....
Regards....

another welcome to AF!

Nice car... same as veetec.
You've got that spoiler thing on the hood. (to other AF-members: that was the spoiler I was talking about for a few months ago)

Some rims and white cornering lights will do the car very well I think...

Nice car, CeeDee. Is it a 4WS (or was it 4WD? ;) )? I´ve got a BB6 (base model) in black pearl. Personally I want to keep my stock rims because I like their look on the car, except from the rear view because then they´re looking way too small. But my Lude is lowered a bit more (with Eibach springs and Koni yellows) and I don´t have got the spoiler.
How comes that you´ve bought a Prelude when you had some faster cars before? :D There are some nice cars in your list!
And I already wondered who CeeDee is on ICQ. ;)

for the rims...thats how this thread started :)...so i agree 110%
for clear cornering lights...trying to find blue ones...i have clear ones only never have enough time (i know is like 10mins) to put those...but we again agree on that...

I think 17/18" will fill those wheel arches very nice....lude is droped 3cm which was good compromise...i`m also planing to go for konis but that will wait until factory schocks die...
Why Prelude after some faster cars...well more horses doesn`t actually mean more speed on road...maybe for our USA friends for 0-400 races but for real drive around some twisties theirs horses dont do much...handling/brakes/tires will do so much more in real world (imho)...of course more horses would be nice and rwd would be more fun but for 15k euro (thats how much i gaved for lude) i couldnt do much better...of course i could have got Integra but be honest...who wants to go with it on 1k km trip for vacation for example...

So i went out today and made some more interiour pix...should post them this afternoon...

PS. And yes that was me on ICQ :)

PS. And yes that was me on ICQ :) That´s very true with the more horses! Handling of the car and especially the driver are more important than raw horsepower.
By the way, I´ve put a thread in the Prelude forum why there are so many people who are driving with their stock rims in the US and del (a moderator) answered that they would be able to start off faster with the smaller 16" rims compared to 17" or 18". So I think if I´ll go and get new rims in the future I´d try to get some wider 16" rims (16x7 or 16x7,5) with 215/50 tires.
I wanted to buy an ITR at first, too. But then I decided to get a Prelude again (I had a `92 Prelude 2.0i before.) because it´s nearly as fast as the ITR just with A LOT more luxury and I wanted to get a new suspension anyways. ...insurance and tax is way cheaper, too. IMO it was a good decision we´ve made because the Prelude is a damn nice car and a real threat for most other cars on the road (at least over here).
Sorry for the long post though! ;)
