Not a whole lot different. Most noticeable, is the aluminum dash kit and pedals that come standard on the 2004s. Other than that, I can't think of any other differences right now.

I'm not 100% for sure, but I think I saw nisco or someone here in the Tib forum post that the 2003 (tandard transmission) clutch sucks...like big time! I've heard others post that their clutch wears out waaaay too soon and people have had trouble with them I think. You might want to wait around and check back when nisco posts something??? Just my :2cents:

the 04s "apparently" have a better stock clutch...
the 03s have been known to have a bad clutch...
but much better that the clutches the EVOs have

It was teh very early '03's, like cars that actually had production dates in 2002, that had the serious clutch issues. Ones made a little later in '03 had very few problems. But by then alot of guys had figured out the slave cylinder mod, which saved a few I am sure.
