the hood/bonnet is jus matt black spray with 2coats matt vanish to stop the black rubbing off

was going to do a stock build but desided to do a few mods, this is as far as i,ve gotten so far, got 4 discpads but gotta statch build 4 blakeblocks to fit on them,
very high detal kit engine bay is fully packed out with brake oil top up bottle, horn, battery etc,

body paint is ford hawaiian / gemini blue metallic

Looks cool with those wheels and paint job, sounds like a good kit who makes it?

The kit is made by Revell and was first issued in'90
The "THUNDERBOLT" was a purpose built drag racing car Ford had made in'64 to dominate the super stock classes. It had a 427ci engine like
the Nascar and Lemans Ford racers of the time used

I think in this corner of the world we call it a Fairlane 500.
