tech 4 ?

91 with tech 4 problem. takes forever to start after its been sitting awhile, but if its warm it starts right up. its kind of annoying at 4:30 in the morning when ur truck takes like 5 tries to start.

could be fuel pump?

try a tune up including fuel and air filters, plugs, wires cap and rotor. if still wont start check fuel pressure.
