ive been spraying the body ok. im using humbrol model paint. put some halfords undercoat on fine. 1 coat of spay. sanded down second on. not 2 smooth so i sanded down again. wahed it left it 2 dry for an hour and came back 2 in. took it into the garden and sprayed it. braughtn back in and its like there is a coat of dust on it.. me not happy. was looking resable. interior ok for my first kit and even the under side is fine. im woried that if i spary it agin you will loose all the panel gaps etc.. dilemer... do i scrap it and start another kit ot try 2 finish it?

I`ve screwed 4kits like this...:( now I use a little spraybooth with a ventilator on the top of it. I spray with humbrol paints and I do really quick coats cause then the dust wont get time to fly in.. then I close the "door" and let the ventilator do its job. Works perfect for me. And the ventilator dries the model really fast. I just found it out some mins ago :D

Walking from the garden, back inside is going to pick up all sorts of crap out of the air.
I always spray inside, and when finished i put the model inside the microwave where i know nothing will get on the paint(just remember its in there !!)

Excellent suggestion! I'll have to try that next time

and who knows, if you turn it on by accident it'll speed up the curing time :D

Sounds like you need some Castrol Super Clean or some Mr. Muscle. :) Where in the world are you?
