Hi all,
I've just recently bought a Peugeot 206 GTi 180 (2003) in Black, and just wondered if any of you guys know if my car has been made in 1/24 scale (or other). I have done a search thru Google etc but keep getting the WRC version. I think to modify a WRC car into my street car would be too hard (i.e. the whole interior!!!!)
Any help appreciated!
I spose I wouldn't mind if there was a diescast available but I couldn't find a correct version. :(

WRC versions are all you are going to find in plastic kits. I would think there is probably a diecast out there, but you might have to settle for 1/18th.

Talking of 1/18, I've never liked this scale. It's too small for being classed as a large detailed model, and too large to be a small detail model. Just not a scale I like. Big fan of 1/24. Even with diecast, if I MUST buy diecast, it has to be 1/24.
As for buying a relica of your real car, I hear you.. Wish I could get a model kit of my Honda Accord (2005 shape) but not much chance of that..!!

hey there, nice to meet you... I am having a silver 00' GTi 138, envy on your interior... :loser:
GTi has no 1/24 street car version... only Tamiya released the WRC version which has the wider body. AFAIK, there's a company released some 1/43 die-cast of the GTi, but the quality is medicore...

which is a good thing considering they're talking about the 206.
