b16a2 ls/vtec

Hi.. i live in Australia..adelaide prolli one of the worst states to live in australia if u own a honda but any way ... i found a b16a2 engine.. sorry not an engine but the block and the head .. this guy is selling it as seperate components however they are fully recondition with some internal work..like pistons and its never been used apparently the cr is 12:1 ???

so i was thinking would it be easier to buy both and do a complete engine swap into my 92 which has over 300 miles or just get the head and do a ls/vtec conversion.. which would be easier to do..cheaper and which would be quicker..
