Selling price for new 2002 525i

Does any know if dealers will come off MSRP of a 2002 525i sedan. Im an in the Birmingham Alabama area and dealer is wanting MSRP.

I just purchased a 2002 BMW 525i with the sport package here in NY. I was able to get it for about $2000.00 under the sticker price.
