Setting Auto Headlamp Sensitivity

New 2005 Quest SE. If you want the headlights to come on as early as possible and stay on as long as possible automatically do you set the Auto Headlamp Sensitivity to full minus or full plus? (The Owner's Manual [p. 4-7] doesn't say.)
