sad Story

ok Kids, this is why you dont do what will be said.

A few nights ago there was a bad wreck about 10min from my house.

A kid who i had known, but never liked or got involved with because of his habbits, and who had just graduated was driving a girl, who i had checke out but never talked to because she was a bitch, where driving in her turbo 300z. She had just gotten the car for her 18th birthday, which was that night.

This kid was the biggest white pothead and drugdelaer i knew. He was probably burned and had a few drinks in him. He was driving her new present, the 300z for her 18th birthday. it was early in the morning, not long before the sun was sapposed to come up, and hour or two at the most. He had to be doing well over the posted limit which was 35 for that particular intersection.

I know this because as the road turns slightly right off of the intersection the car did not, there was a trailer from an 18 wheeler parked there. he lost controll trying to make the turn, easily going 90-100mph, probably trying to get some ass by showing off in her car. he slamed into the back and took out both rear axles, both where killed.

The sad thing isnt that he died, he was a worthless soul. she had already been accepted to UF and graduated in the top 40 of the class of 2005. and she died on her 18th birth day in her "new" car, wether she was a bitch or not.

lesson learned: dont smoke/drink/do other drugs and then try and get some ass by trying to show off.

and it is a shame, that would have been a nice project car too (had to add some humor).

Thats a fucked up story. It always happens to somebody we know or somebody or something that we know through lifes events.......................... that poor 300zx........

oh and those poor people. You would almost say one of them deserved it because everybody should know that possible result of drugs/drinking and trying to drive. But you don't want to wish that on anybody.

that is sad, it sucks to see a life cut short so young and just on her prime. Her family must be devistated. I dont know how i could live with myself if i were that girls parents. Not blamming them, but you know they feel incredibly guilty now for buying her that car. But in the same sense if she was so smart, why was she letting a druged up pothead/drunk driving her brand new car, and at those speeds?

way to make assumptions. i read through the story and all i see you say is "he was probably doing this" or "probably on that". maybe he fell asleep, maybe she was egging him on to go that fast. you don't know. it's not really fair for you to talk shit about the kid if you don't really know what happened.

:iagree: And you also said that you never really talked to him or got to know him other than you knew he smoked. I agree with Max on this one.

This makes me think again.

Have we ever lost somebody from the board?
I can't remember, let's hope it stays that way

I'm not going to lie, I don't know either of the people and am unable to offer my internet sympathy towards either person due to their untimely deaths but I will say that it sucks to hear about a 300zxTT getting destroyed. This is why bud has such a bad rap in the US.

your a reall hunk of work arent you? or maybe you cant read.

maybe i should explain the situation a little more.

A kid who i had known, but never liked or got involved with

i knew him, his house is 4 streets down from mine, in middle school i hung out with him a few times.
When he really turned to nothing but smoking weed nearly EVERY DAY and then started selling itto pay for his habbit.
Last year (freshman year for me) i still went to a few of his party's, i would see him there, drunk and stoned and a few times high on rock.
Then word came (never saw it but from numerous sources) that he started selling rock AND angle dust.
I was already NOT involved with him because of his habbets and didnt like him because of his habets but i no longer went to his party's (wich he had 2-3 a week most of the time because his parents where never home and didnt care anyway) because i didnt want to get caught in a drug bust when he is known to set up shop for some SERIOUS shit.
I still have friends who hung out with him every now and then and they would always be telling me these stories about him doing stupid shit while he was high. which means his habbets never changed.
its summer, i knew there was a party at his house, i know the stories about the girl, she isnt exactly "clean"
Im saying what my guess was from my experence, because it was a one car crash and no one but the driver and passenger died and the trailder damaged the police didnt run a blood test because, through the grapevine, his parents wouldnt allow it since there is no trial the police cant get a warrant, that would be stupid. but if they did i would put a good ammount of money on him beaing over the legal limit for 21 and he is only 19 as far as alcohol and would also have THC and maybe crack or even PCP....

^ Don't assume he was on anything tho man. There are a ton of factors that could have resulted in the crash besides Oh he was high or drunk. Its ignorant to say that was the cause.

if you cant miss a 50 foot stationary object...somehting is wrong with you end of story.
and your previous actions effect peoples impression and assumptions.
if you constantly lie people will tend to think you are lying
if you constantly get high and drunk, people will tend to think you where high and drunk when you crash into a semi trailor that isnt moving and is parked 15 feet off the road...

Thats still sad, no matter how somebody lived their life, death is never what anybody wants

and I should keep an eye out cause this guy sounds alot like my buddy (minus the rock, plus the E) and he just got a new benz...and hes not they type of person who should have a rwd car...hmmm thanks for the story

your a reall hunk of work arent you? or maybe you cant read. no i'm quite literate, i just think one should have all the information before running off at the mouth and talking ill about a person who can't even defend themselves.
A kid who i had known, but never liked or got involved withhow well could you possibly know him then, regardless of how close to your house he lived? same with the girl. i have neighbors right next door to me that i don't know from a hole in the wall. just cuz you know of the person, doesn't mean you know them. like i said, all you say is maybe and probably. you were not there, correct? then all you really know is there was a fatal car accident down the street from your house. Other than that you don't know what happened, just assumptions, and i'm sure you know the saying of what happens when you assume. and considering the thread title, you don't seem particularly saddened by the events.

It is a sad story indeed. But you really can't make any assumptions about the whole matter just as max said. They died, going at high speeds. The girls fault for letting the guy drive regardless. The guys fault for going so fast in a residential area, then trying to make a turn going to fast. There really isn't anything here to support what the cause was. Nothing more to it.

What a sad waste of a life...the girl's, that is...just goes to show you what can happen if you hang out with the "wrong" crowd...I've seen many people who have gotten mixed up in the wrong crowd, and even though they haven't been in a gruesome car accident, their life still goes to shit one way or another...but yeah...you gotta wonder about the sobriety of the guy doing a c-note in a 35 zone...I smell a wrongful death lawsuit.

What if the accelerator stuck CBFryman. Did you ever think something mechanically might have been wrong. Stuff like that does happen, especially since it was a new used car.

Oh for fuck sake...all this "what if" shit makes me want to vomit...what if he fucking stepped on a tube of super glue before he got in the car, and when he stepped on the gas, he couldn't get his foot off it because it was stuck? Speculation is as useful as a master's degree in philosophy...this thread is officially fucked.

Well, now I can guess why insurance is so high for a 300ZX...

I pity for the girl.

I cant really feel sympathy for either of them, as the way I see it, if everyone "knew" about this guy, then the girl did as well, and its her owned damned fault for handing the guy the keys. I miss living in a world where people take responsibility for their own actions. And I'm with BP2K2Max here. You weren't there, you didn't see the guy acting up, you don't know, so I wouldn't go making assumptions of what happened.

*sighs*

It's sad to see two young lives go to waste .. and even worse when people get up in arms over whether the guy deserved it or not.. no one that young deserves to die for doing some drugs..
