Speed limiter?

I think my civic has a speed limiter at like 100 since it wont shift out of 3rd when i have it floored and it hits almost 100 itll stay there it wont let me go past 100 except sometimes when i drop it in d3 and back up but only sometimes anyone else have this problem i am thinking of getting the same kind of zex settup my friend just installed and i dont wanna run into a feul cut or some shit like that while on the juice. any help would be appreciated.

No it's just your engine is what's known in the industry as anemic. When you get an engine with a little more balls and get rid of the slushomatic you'll be fine.

But yes it does have a speed limter at around 115 mph.
