98-01 front bumper conversion

i got a 94 gsr..i wanna do a 98-01 front body conversion..i know that u have to change the head lights for the swap but do u need to change the fenders, hood or any latches for holding the front bumper..

this is one of many questions asked over n over.. and no ones seemed to answer it?
