new edelbrock air filter problems

well got a chrome air cleaner last night, and tryed putting it on this morning, but now my motor won't stay running, now first off what should I do about the air flow sensor? I have nowhere on the chrome shell to mount it, also what should I do about the vacum lines that were running to the factory air filter? just plug them or should they be routed somewhere else
